1. Digital Products and Services
All services offered by Faceless Channel Agency are digital in nature. These include, but are not limited to, niche selection, channel branding, video creation, content ideation, and channel management. Since our services involve significant time and resources, we are unable to offer refunds once work has begun or after services have been delivered.
2. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
While we do not provide refunds, we are committed to ensuring our clients are fully satisfied with our services. We offer unlimited revisions during the service period to ensure that your expectations are met. If you are not happy with any aspect of our work, we will continue to make adjustments until you are completely satisfied.
3. Service Cancellation
If you wish to cancel our services before work has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the amount of work that has already been done. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately. Once the service process has started, we are unable to offer any refunds.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable if:
- The service has not been initiated.
- A valid cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
- The service delivered is significantly different from what was agreed upon, and revisions cannot rectify the issue.
In cases where the above conditions are met, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

- Failure to provide necessary information or materials for the service.
- Delays caused by the client, such as missed deadlines for approvals or feedback.
- Lack of measurable results such as subscriber count or view count growth, as these are influenced by numerous factors beyond our control.
